ITR series Rotary Table Positioners are planned to support and handle pieces on which it’s possible to do circular welding, both manually (by an operator) and automatically (by an adjustable support with pneumatic release (optional) positioning the torch). Rotation and tilting are motorized and managed by touch-screen NC with operator interface. There’s a remote control console equipped with NC and integrated PLC to manage welding speed and to set and store different welding programs. From the program you can set the welding overlap in degrees, the welding speed and in case of spot-welding the number of sections to be made. Tilting varies from 0 ° to 100 ° and the rated capacity of the table in horizontal position varies from 100Kg to 8000kg according to the model.
