The Standard version is characterized by a compact and partially cabbed structure, suitable for contexts where accessibility and ease of use are required, while maintaining a high level of production efficiency. Manual doors allow quick access to the work area and facilitate the positioning of workpieces.
For production companies that require a higher level of automation and safety, the Cab version is available, completely closed with pneumatic doors equipped with safety sensors. This configuration includes a support column for the rotation system, an automatic workpiece clamping system, and specific jigs for centering, ensuring precise and defect-free welding.
Both versions can be equipped with numerical control (NC) with integrated PLC, which allows precise programming and management of process parameters, such as welding speed, overlapping expressed in degrees, number of cycles and the quantity of spot welded strokes, if required. The system also allows the memorization of welding programs, optimizing setup times and favoring the processing of repetitive batches.
Thanks to their robust structure, modular integration and compatibility with the main automatic welding processes, the SM stations can be easily inserted into existing production lines or used as autonomous islands for robotic welding, with a view to industrial automation and Industry 4.0.
